SHIELD
SHIELD is a sprayed paint finish over your original paint, with a peelable membrane beneath maintainable clearcoat.
Why SHIELD
SHIELD is sprayed over the original paint as a continuous finish, with no cut edges or fitted sheets. The paint underneath stays preserved, untouched by the finish above it.
The finish can be removed. The original paint stays.
Technical construction
A peelable membrane sits beneath the maintainable clearcoat, with an optional colour layer in between.
The 200 µm outer clearcoat provides UV protection. It is maintained like a manufacturer paint finish and repaired the same way.

The process
A measured process, built around the condition of your paint

Prepare the original paint and establish the correct foundation.
Decontaminate / Prepare / Bond

02
A controlled application builds up layers of the peelable membrane, a chemically compatible material that integrates with the existing clearcoat.

03
Build the maintainable outer finish and complete the sprayed surface.

04
As it cures, the finish self-levels into a smooth, paint-true surface.
